• Verify payments
• Guarantee accuracy
• Provide legal or financial advice

• How you use and share records generated by the app
• Any outcomes resulting from the use of shared records

Receiptly does not validate or confirm the truth of any record.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent or falsify information
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Abuse or disrupt the app or its services

4. Sharing records

When you share a payment record (for example via WhatsApp), you do so at your own discretion.

Receiptly is not responsible for how shared records are interpreted, used, or relied upon by others.

5. Subscriptions and plans

Receiptly offers Free and Pro plans.

• Free plans have usage limits.
• Pro plans provide additional features.

Subscription terms, pricing, and availability may change. Payments for subscriptions are handled by third-party platforms (such as app stores).

6. Data and account termination

You may stop using Receiptly at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Receiptly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Receiptly is not liable for:

• Disputes arising from shared records
• Losses resulting from reliance on records
• Data loss beyond reasonable control

Use the app at your own risk.
