Receiptly ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Receiptly mobile application ("the App").

• Basic account identifiers provided by our authentication provider

b) Payment record data

When you create a payment record, we store the information you enter, such as:

• Payer and receiver names
• Type, description, and period (if provided)
• Amount, currency, and date
• Reference ID generated by the app

This data is stored only for your personal use and is visible only to you.

c) Usage information

We may collect limited technical information, such as:

• App usage events (e.g., record creation counts)
• Device and platform information (for stability and support)

We do not track you across other apps or websites.

• Provide and maintain the app
• Create and store your payment records
• Enforce usage limits for Free and Pro plans
• Improve app reliability and performance
• Respond to support requests

We do not use your data for advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your information is shared only:

• With service providers that help us operate the app (such as authentication and cloud storage providers)

Payment records are shared only when you choose to share them, for example via WhatsApp.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. You use the app at your own risk.

5. Data retention

• Free users' records are retained according to the app's history limits.
• Pro users' records are retained until deleted by the user.

You may delete your records or your account at any time.

6. What Receiptly does NOT do

Receiptly:

• Does not process payments
• Does not verify payments
• Does not confirm payment accuracy
• Does not act as a financial institution or legal authority

Records created in the app are for personal tracking and communication purposes only.

7. Children's privacy

Receiptly is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date.
